Powerful Radio Performance The AP-One contains two independent radios. The primary radio operates at 2.4 GHz and is used to serveWiFi clients.The second radio operates in the 5.8 GHz band is used exclusively for the internal mesh relay. This configuration is ideal as it optimizes throughput and allows for superior data rate and latency performance required for such applications as voice and video. Each radio is designed around Ubiquiti's SuperRange technology and exhibits output power and receive performance beyond that found in standard solutions.

Full Featured Software The AP-One Mesh Manager provides a constant health monitor reading of the network, allowing the administrator to make overall system changes as well as specific configuration changes to a given AP in the network. The AP-One software contains every feature imaginable including Layer 2 and Layer 3 Quality of Service, 802.1x, advanced firewall rules, PPPOE, site survey tools, and virtual bridging. There are also extensive reports and statistics available to characterize the overall performance of the network
