Processing Time: Wifi-Parts.com will attempt to process your order on the same day placed, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. International orders must be paid for in full prior to shipment.
Orders recieved by 1:00PM Pacific time will normally ship the same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM Pacific time may make the ship same-day deadline otherwise orders will ship the next business day. Items that are drop ship items will generally ship within 24 hours on business days.
Shipping expedites may be available until 7:00 PM PST but will incur a $25 expedite charge.
Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.
Payment Policy: All sales over $1,000.00 will be released for shipping after good funds have been recieved. Good funds are defined as cash or wire transfer. All credit card sales will only be shipped to the verified address of the card. If an alternate shipping address is requested the Bank Card Issuer must list that address as an alternate ship-to address. For international sales contact us for payment arrangements.
Return Policy Wifi-Parts.com assumes that when you place an order you are ordering the correct product. Should you have any trouble determining which product you need please contact our sales department for assistance prior to placing your order. Contact us at sales@wifi-parts.com. After 15 days all sales are final. Manufactures Warranties will still apply.
All returned merchandise must be in like-new condition and must be returned with all documentation. Merchandise must be in resalable condition.
An RMA number must be obtained prior to returning any equipment to WiFi-Parts.com. An RMA number must be obtained by emailing RMA@wifi-parts.com.
All RMA shipments to Wifi-Parts.com must be sent freight prepaid. All shipments received without a RMA number clearly displayed on the exterior of the box will be refused at the receiving dock. Items received in non-resalable condition will be returned to shipper freight collect.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all Non-Defective RMA returns. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all Defective RMA returns for credit. You can avoid these charges by electing a replacement item or electing store credit.
All cut cable, electonic component, software, special ordered items, and custom made product sales are final. There will be no refunds of any kind for these type sales.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Wifi-Parts will only ship through it authorized shipping partners and its accounts. We will not provide any third party shipping services. You are welcome to will-call any items from our warehouse for a $7.50 handling charge. USPS and UPS Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, US territories and other international destinations may be subject to additional charges that our store's shipping calculator is unable to accommodate. These charges will be billed on a separate invoice prior to shipping.

All information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only.
